CSA Subscription Boxes

We offer 2 choices for your CSA Box:

Quarter Share: 2 heads of lettuce, 1 rotating item, and 1 small container of microgreens ($23/week)

Beginner Share: 2 heads of lettuce and 1 rotating item ($16.50/week)

*Please note that we no longer offer on-farm pickup for your CSA box. Delivery is included.

**When you choose a CSA share, you are committing to a 3-month season. You may choose to pay for the entire season upfront or be charged weekly, but we are not able to accommodate non-standard schedules at this time.

What even is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, which is more or less a buying agreement between farmers and the people in their communities. Families or individuals (members) pre-pay for their "share" at the beginning of the CSA season and then receive their box of produce once a week until the end of the season. Farmers get the benefit of having a set market for their produce (and the money to start growing!) and members get the freshest local produce at prices that are less than what they'd pay for the same product at the store.

Once you’ve purchased the CSA subscription that works best for you, you will also unlock additional items in our online store. We often have small amounts of products available for add-on purchases- things like fresh fish, additional lettuce, another type of microgreen or rotating item, or seasonal produce grown in our high tunnel.

Seasonal produce items are always delicious, but may not be varieties you’ve heard of before- German Butterball potatoes, Cosmonaut Volkov tomatoes, and Dragon Egg cucumbers are mixed in with your more standard varieties of okra and eggplants, radishes, turnips, and carrots.

Rotating items can include: kale, pak choi, tatsoi, celery, herbs, and even edible flowers. Do you like the “weird” stuff we usually grow for our restaurant customers, like shiso, angelica, or scotch bonnet peppers? Talk with Matt to see what we have available!

Vibrant green and red leaf lettuces growing in a lush garden, showcasing diverse textures and colors, ideal for fresh salads and healthy meals.

Wholesale

We offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin. Are you looking for unique produce not available through other wholesale outlets? In addition to the varieties of produce we grow for our home chefs, we grow specialty items by request for our chefs- lemon sorrel, holy basil, Korean mint, endive, escarole, and more! Please contact us to begin a discussion about our varieties, as well as quantities and pricing.

Lush green romaine lettuce leaves with textured surfaces, surrounded by other leafy greens in a vibrant vegetable garden setting.

Lettuce

Our salad greens are a visual feast! We offer many distinct colors, flavors, and leaf shapes- lobed red oak leaf lettuce, deep purple cones of mini romaine, large rosettes of soft green butter/Bibb lettuce, crunchy ribs of romaine, and frilly, almost sweet summercrisp. They’re so pretty, you could almost take an edible salad bouquet for your next hostess gift!

Microgreens

Good things come in tiny packages- and microgreens boast some of the highest nutrient contents around. Peppery radish, summery broccoli, bright amaranth, sweet melon, or Dr. Seuss-looking nasturtiums- there’s a micro for everyone!

Colorful assortment of fresh chili peppers and vegetables, including purple, yellow, and green varieties, nestled in a plastic bag. Ideal for culinary use and adding flavor to dishes.

Seasonal Produce

We don’t just grow in water- our high tunnel and field produce some delicious treats that wouldn’t otherwise be available through our system. Potatoes, tomatoes, melons, cucumbers, peppers, and more- some varieties are familiar, some will expand your taste buds, but all are add-ons available only to CSA customers and wholesale accounts.

Baked fish fillets seasoned with herbs and capers on a tray, served alongside a fresh green salad in a bowl.

Fresh Fish

We offer antibiotic-free, locally sourced bluegill and tilapia. If you’re willing and able to filet them yourself, they’re available weekly. Prefer to let someone else do the hard stuff? Frozen filets processed in a professional facility are available on a rotating schedule.
